Diamond Packaging Supplies Ltd ( “DPSL,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) respects all customers’ privacy online. As part of this commitment, we have prepared this Privacy Policy to inform our customers about how we collect, store and disclose all personal information provided by our customers on our website(s) www.dpsl.ca.
Collection of Personal Information
You must sign up for an account. When signing up for an account, the following information must be provided: Name; Address; Postal code; Phone Number; E-mail; Name of business; Address of company (or delivery address). This information is collected so DPSL can fill out invoices and deliver products correctly and accurately. This information is necessary for the products to be bought or delivered. When making a purchase or “checking out,” customers must provide the details of their credit card, including the name on the card, the card number, the expiry date, and the three-digit CVC number. This information is collected to process the order and transaction. This information is not stored on our website or within DPSL unless you opt to keep your credit card on file. You can contact our credit department if you wish to keep your credit card on file. The transaction is completed through EVO Payments International Canada, and when processed, your credit card information cannot be accessed by DPSL.
Disclosure of Personal Information
DPSL will not disclose, trade, rent, sell or otherwise transfer your personal information without your prior consent or permitted by law. Your personal information required to register for an account may be stored with DPSL but will not be disclosed to employees or customers. We may transfer your information if your order will be delivered through a third-party service inducing FedEx and Rapid Delivery Inc.
Legal: Please note that DPSL and its service providers must provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order or an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law or as otherwise required by applicable law.
